Return
***Receive the goods with defects or damagement***
We offer 14 days window for your return request, which means you have 14 days after receiving the items to claim a return. please contact us at support@swordsmansboutique.com and let us to confirm your request. You will reveived our suggestion about the return address of our warehouse as well as your replacement or refund claim.
Please note, return items should be with original outter packaging to be return eligible.
Any item returns without our confirmation, will not be accepted and we will not handle it for any further response.
***Order cancellations***
If you have notified us of order cancellations, but the product has already been shipped out, you will have to reship the product back to us at your own expense in case you still do not want it. Once it goes out of our warehouse, we cannot cancel your order. For the returned package, please make sure the package is unopened and undamaged as you received it.
***Change your mind after received the goods***
If you received the items in good condition, but change your decision of the purchase, we can also offer a 14 days return window, which means you have 14 days after receiving the items to claim a return. Please note, return items should be in unused condition with original outter packaging which not affect the secondary sales.
To start a return, please contact us at support@swordsmansboutique.com and let us to confirm your request. If your return request is accepted, you will received our suggestions about the return address and your refund claim.
In this case, the return shipping cost need to be taken in your own expense.

Refunds
(if applicable)
We offer a refund/replacement only once we have received the returned product. It generally takes up to 5 working days for the refund to process. Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Special instruction about non-refundable goods:
- Outter packaging has been damaged, which affects storage in our warehouse
- Found deliberate damage

- Returned outside 14 days window
